Actually this lawsuit is James Hansen's attempt to regain the spotlight for himself. Hansen has declared himself the "guardian of future generations", bringing this suit in their behalf. Hansen was the Chicken Little of NASA infamy. On top of unprovable claims for the year 2100, Hansen will have no standing in terms of harms, which are unprovable software models and not materially real. When he loses this frivolous court case he should be forced to pay court costs, attorney fees, etc. so that the taxpayer doesn't have to pay for his windmill tilting.
